The VITA CMOS image sensors boast true pipelined snapshot shutter operation: integration of the next frame is possible during readout of the previously captured image frame. The VITA sensors offer high sensitivity for high frame rate operation. Applications are machine vision and motion analysis, security, barcode.
The  sensor  also  works  in  a  rolling  shutter  mode  with  CDS  to reduce the noise and increase the dynamic range. The VITA 1300 sensor contains four LVDS high speed outputs that  enable  transferring  image  data  over  a  standard  industry protocol at low power and low noise.
