1GHz and low-cost hybrids enhance CATV portfolio

Dornach, Germany - NEC Electronics rounds off its current CATV portfolio with various new 1 GHz and low-cost hybrids U type). Some of the latter have significantly improved ESD protection (SU types). In the 1 GHz range, power doubler hybrids with 18.5, 22.5, 24.5 and 27dB gain are also now available from Gleichmann Electronics. Furthermore, 1GHz push-pull versions of the established types MC7831 and MC7832 are offered immediately. The types MC7831-HA and MC7832-HA feature a very high linear gain, low noise and a low distortion over the entire frequency spectrum.
