Stutensee, Germany, April 10, 2008 - Gleichmann Electronics expands its product offering with the immediate availability of seven very small footprint, low-voltage PowerMOSFETs in 8p-VSOF and Mini-HVSON packages from NEC Electronics. The Mini-HVSON package measures 3.3mm x 3.3mm x 0.9mm and only needs approximately two-thirds of the mounting area compared to a conventional SOP8 package. Two N‑channel MOSFETs and one P-channel MOSFET are offered in the Mini-HVSON package. RDS(on) for the two N‑channel MOSFETs is 7.3 m§Ù (uPA2800T1L) and 9.6 m§Ù (uPA2801T1L)with VDSS = 30V. The P‑channel MOSFET has a RDS(on) of 13 m§Ù with VDSS = -30V.

The low-voltage PowerMOSFETs in 8p-VSOF package are even smaller with dimensions of only 2.8 x 2.9 x 0.8 mm.
