Beside the programming service, marking of the devices is also a part of our service. We offer you a subsequently marking with C02 laser or with resistant Kapton labels. Both variants are fully integrated into the programming process without additional stress on the components. In particular for fine-pitch devices we recommend laser marking to reduce mechanical stress and the risk of bending or damaging component leads.

The laser marking is integrated into the automation process the way that directly after removal of the programmed component from the programming socket it is placed on the laser shuttle and can be marked. Afterwards the programmed and marked devices will be placed back into the output media, again fully automatically with a precise Pick&Place system. That is how there is no manual handling on the part whereby an optimized protection of the component, mechanically and electrically, is guaranteed.
