If you need to send back a product to MSC, please fill out this form to get an RMA number:

RMA-Form

Please send back the completed form to the fax number indicated there.
You will then receive an RMA number as soon as possible. Your RMA case will be handled under this number at MSC.
When sending back goods, you should always note this RMA number on all shipping documents.
This guarantees proper handling and seamless processing of your goods.
