MACH XO2 series programming - now available from MSC

MSC Vertriebs GmbH is now offering a fully automatic programming of Lattice MACH XO2 family. As one of Europe's leading programming service provider in the CPLD / FPGA, the MSC developed special programming adapters for there fully automatic machines. More than 10.000 Lattice MACH XO2 a day can be programmed, laser marked and repackaged with this adapter. In the first step the TQFP100, the TQFP144 and the BGA132 packages of the MACH XO2 family are supported.

This process is carried out using camera-based pick and place equipment on most modern programming machines. Here, the unprogrammed parts are automatically feed via tape or tray, custom-programmed, laser marked and returned to tape or tray. This eliminates the risk of mechanical damage or coplanarity failures. In the company's headquarter in Stutensee the programming service can program up to 100.000 micros, memories and FPGAs / CPLDs on the programming machines daily.
