Monitors

Complete monitors ready to connect are the easiest ways to start-up in the world of digital visualization. GE Signage is launching two professional monitors in size of 107 cm (42") and 119 cm (47"). The products are very functional, offering cost-effective solutions and therefore are ideally situated for indoor applications. Of course, they are useable in portrait and landscape mode. With a brightness of 500 cd/m² and the superior IPS-technology guarantees premium legibility over a wide viewing angle. Beside these professional entry level products you will see sophisticated Slim-Line-Panels and 140 cm (55”) size monitors with integrated touch system.

TFT-LCD's

Basic component of all products is the TFT-panel. They differentiate in size, resolution and brightness. One of the highlights will be the brand-new 119 cm (47”) FHD panel from LG Display. The direct LED backlight generates 2000 nits and makes it suitable for outdoor applications. Because of the local dimming, the contrast is enhanced and power consumption decreased significantly resulting in an easier and cheaper thermal management. But also other TFT`s in different sizes, brightness and construction will be part of the exhibition, like the LG`s “Shineout” Technology or Super Narrow Bezel panels.

Controlling

TFT panels alone are not that impressive. Controllers are needed to bring them to life. GE Electronics is offering individual controller-kits for each TFT-panel to use RGB (VGA) or DVI input. And if the controlling requires to be more sophisticated, we can supply media players, Box PC`s, SBC’s or Embedded systems from MSC. COM-Express-Module MSC CXB-6SI (Type 2 Pinout) and MSC C6B-7S (Type 6 Pinout) based on Intel® Core™-processors of the third generation and are able to drive 3 individual displays at once.

Special Displays and Formats

In order to create and maintain a brand, it would be helpful to communicate in an unique way, especially at the POS. It will underline the exclusivity of the brand by using something different to the shelves. In this case special solutions like Stretched or Transparent displays would be ideal. We will show the world biggest stretched display with a width of 120 cm and a height of 34 cm. On show will be the fascinating 66 cm (26”) size transparent display and the stretched and transparent 43 cm (17”).

The industrial environment calls for tough requirements of displays and monitors. Dust, exposure and thermal management are the most challenging conditions. Our sister company DSM Computer GmbH stands for innovation and quality in the areas of industrial rugged computers, flexible embedded computer systems and professional display systems and Panel PCs. Customized solutions are often required and we will be happy to discuss your individual application. As examples, we will show screens with diagonals of 107 cm (42") and 140 cm (55"), both with an integrated IPC.

Digital Signage Systems are part of life in today`s information society. MSC is a manufacturer of such digital information systems with the corresponding software and services. All systems have a web based user interface, integrated IPC system, CMS content management system and a large selection of various display formats and installation possibilities.
