TDC Family

The acquisition of physical dimensions can often be transformed into a measurement of time differences. MSC has developed a family of useful components to measure very small time intervals - our Time to Digital Converters (TDC). Since 1990 we have been integrating our patented principle into standard components and ASICs. Today we offer a wide variety of high precision time measurement ICs.
