AT91SAM9 ARM926EJ MCUs and MPUs
AT91SAM9 Embedded MPUs are based on the ARM926EJ core and operate up to 400 MHz. On-chip ROM contains a first-level boot loader, which performs system start out of DataFlash, NAND Flash or SDCard, in addition to a classical boot from parallel NOR Flash.
Like all SAM MCUs, integrated SAM-BA Boot ROM enables communication with your PC to flash your device via USB or UART.
