This IC is a standardized, fully automotive-qualified 11-button capacitive-touch controller designed to meet all the requirements for touch devices in automotive industry. QMatrix technology provides accurate and reliable user interfaces, and guard channels protect against false detections by other buttons. The chip can be used in all sorts of automotive applications where buttons are required, including radios, keyless entry, electric windows, and satellite navigation.
