Up to 2 MB Flash on chip in combination with floating point unit and 100 MHz CPU speed, the RX610 series is dedicated to applications where high computing power is needed. Because of the low power consumption of the RX in run mode, the devices are also ideal solutions for battery driven applications.

Also based on the innovative RX core, the RX62T products are dedicated to motor control applications. The flexible timer structure with dead time generation, Encoder / Hall Input and PFC provide high flexibility in controlling motors. For analog sensing, two multiplexed 12-bit and one multiplexed 10-bit ADC channel in combination with op-amps and comparators are available. The high CPU speed with up to 100 MHz, integrated multiplier and divider as well as integrated floating point unit allows extremely fast speed for calculations

The brand new RX is truly 32-bit and uses an enhanced Harvard CISC architecture to achieve extremely high code density as well as best-in-class performance of 1,65 MIPS/MHz. The RX621 and RX62N products are dedicated to communication solutions where USB, CAN and Ethernet is needed. Based on the innovative internal bus architecture with 6 internal buses, it is no problem to handle data streams. Another benefit is the advanced flash technology that provides zero-wait access to Flash up to 100 MHz.
